Positive: The staff named Muharram was so nice and helpful. The environment is quiet and serene.
Negative: They should have a curtain to prevent exposure to the sun in the junior suite with spa. The spa area is not fully private on the fifth floor. The breakfast menu can be richer in terms of variety.

Negative: Small double room, single beds are small. Window is looking to the fire escape, not possible to use window. Not possible to get fresh air. Simple open buffet breakfast, limited drink choice, no juice, no coffee, no water etc..
