Summary: The reception staff wwas very helpful. I stayed 1 night. The rooms were remodeled but oddly a or of old fixtures were not changed. So much was broken, very dirty stained or not working. For example the door latch was broken off. Even though they had card keys the door wasn’t automatically locked when the door closed the bath tub was old and decrepit the wall hairdryer didn’t work and was literally covered in dirt etc.

Summary: Asked for handicap accessible room for my brother who needs to be in. His wheelchair and did not get a room that was easy for him to get too my brother fell out of his wheelchair off the curb and hit his head on the concrete.. the bathroom had hair all over the window was broke and the ac unit is full of dust.. my daughter room has no lights no outlets that work and the Ac units are dusty as well staff was very sweet and helpful but we will not be stay here again

Summary: My stay was great other than the AC didnt work great and when i took a look at it, there were tons of bugs in the AC unit.

Summary: Had a Clean room. Outside my door was loud, with the people that live there. Need to put guess away from the people that have resident there.

Summary: Second day we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and a plastic cup for brushing teeth. Met the crew leader who cleans the rooms and she apologized and said that if they don’t get to our room that day (Sat) then it would definitely be on Sunday. Got back to the room Sunday night, not cleaned. Garbage overflowing, no fresh towels. Like they say, you get what you pay for.
