Negative: We didn’t learn that the pool & hot tub were out of service until sometime in September until after booking. We were given the option to cancel but the cancellation window was small. This information ought to be in the property description.

Negative: No curtains in bedroom so sleep was disturbed due to street lights , blinds was not working in living room n tangled strings, Fold on the carpet near entrance Everything notified to the owner I noticed we are paying $87 for cleaning then why we have to pick the garbage
