Positive: What a location! Right on the beach! What a view!

Negative: Basically it was cleaned but it cries for a deep cleaning. Shampoo the carpet, clean the windows and get rid of the rusty spots on radiator and stove hood. Smelled really musty when we walked in.

Summary: We were good with it. The view was worth every penny.
