Negative: Elevator was broken all week! We needed an elevator with elderly and small children! The 2nd bedroom bed was awful. Sinks in. Not enough supplies in kitchen for cooking in. Floors were swept but not very clean
Summary: Great location and weather but will never stay in Silver Seas because of elevator issue. Rental company blamed it on HOA

Positive: This location was perfect. 400ft to the Pirate Festival grounds and beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, shopping just around the corner. The condo itself was huge, clean, modern. Plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to have a complete, well stocked kitchen. Grocery store half a mile away. Highly recommend.
