Summary: We really were surprised about the size of the room. It was clean, the bed very comfortable. All the amendities of a kitchen with a large stove and fridge. The only thing missing was coffee and a coffee pot - lot of cups / mugs but no coffee or tea. There was an electric kettle.

Summary: Hid multiple cheap air fresheners in room. I have a scent allergy which caused a massive migraine. Do not recommend for anyone with scent issues.

Summary: The Silverwood was the most affordable place to stay during the nights we were in Fredericton. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite. We spent an extra night in one of their regular rooms. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage room. The beds were very clean. The only downsides were that the wifi was on the slower side, and the walls were not soundproof. We would stay again.

Summary: We stayed for a tournament just for a night so we weren't looking for anything fancy. For the price it was worth it. Although we did have a table with a broken leg maybe it could use a little renovation. Overall I'd stay again if needed.
