Positive: the reception was very friendly and efficient; they have also accommodated my early check-in request....the room was good and homey, same as the atmosphere in the hotel...the dinner menu selection at the restaurant was really good and the service exceptional ...we traveled with a kid, thus the game room and the vast swimming pool area came really handy...
