The staff was exceptionally polite, and our guide and tracker worked tirelessly to show us as much as they could while providing detailed information. The butler was sweet and attentive, accommodating to our food restrictions. Our room was consistently spotless and cozy. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Positive: Lovely staff, amazing setting, lots of animals right in front of property. Rooms were very comfortable and the level of attention to service was excellent. Guides were awesome.
Negative: There should be a door between the bathroom and the bedroom.

Positive: Breakfast was very good. There was a standard menu and a daily special. The food quality was very good and the service exceptional. There was both hot and cold options (or both if you were still hungry). I loved the poached egg and spinach on toast (daily special)
