Summary: Roomy place with the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Lots of room in the garage for bikes and boats. Quiet neighborhood and a very convenient location for hitting lots of springs. Loved the shower and all of the thoughtful extras.

Summary: House and pool were absolutely amazing! The house was stocked with more than I expected and had no serious problems. Only complaint was that it was during the month of July in Florida. I hadn’t been informed that the thermostat couldn’t be reduced from the programmed 70 degrees. It did make the visit a bit uncomfortable considering the heat and humidity. I’m going through menopause and prefer the interior of my own home to be a bit cooler. Overall all was great except for

Summary: Wow! We had such an amazing stay. This home has everything you need and more. We enjoyed three sister springs. Riviera Mexican Restaurant has amazing food. Publix is so close to home. Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at Simplicity. The home is everything advertised and we had no problems or issues during our stay. We took advantage of the bike trails in the area, visited the Manatees in Crystal Springs, and went to the Citrus Bowl in Orlando on New Year’s Day. Great location to venture out from.

Summary: If you are thinking about this house, go ahead book it now. It looks even better in person. Its the most well stocked house we have ever rented. AC works very well,water pressure for my hot showers,all comfortable beds and being in the pool while getting to hear/watch all beautiful birds you could see from next door,were fantastic. Such a beautiful house to come back after day on the boat. Lovely big drive way that fit our 23ft boat and Dually pick up truck very comfortably. We had no issues for our 5 day stay. Thanks for a great trip.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Great pool. Everything in very good condition. All kinds of amenities and really well stocked with all the things you need in a home stay . Too many things to do to clean up and close up, given the high cleaning fee we had to pay, that is my only complaint.
