Positive: The property is extremely clean and located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy 30 min drive into downtown Chicago from this location
Negative: Can be loud on weekends with loud vehicles driving by. Didn’t really bother me much but I can see how some may think it’s difficult to sleep.
Summary: My stay in the room was excellent and the area in West Dundee has so much charm and character. Highly recommend

Positive: From the moment we walked through the front door, everything about our stay at Sinclair Suites was smooth and well thought out. The entry process was simple, and the walk up to the suite takes you past a beautiful shared common room, enclosed in glass and filled with light. Once inside our suite, that sense of calm and elegance continued. The space was beautifully styled, with elegant colors, high-end finishes, and thoughtful details in the hallway, bathroom, and main living area. We especially appreciated the kitchen setup, which was perfect for a light breakfast or reheating a late-night snack. It felt like a mix between a boutique hotel and a private residence. On top of that, the owners were remarkably kind and responsive, something you do not often find in larger hotels. Their quick communication and genuine hospitality made the whole experience feel personal. We will absolutely be returning.

Positive: It was a beautiful classy room. It felt very safe. The tv by the bed was luxurious and the complimentary snacks were very appreciated.
Negative: There was a lot of construction outside our window.

Negative: If you’re in a front room, you’ll hear street noise. We didn’t mind and, not being from the city, thought it was part of the charm, but if you don’t like any noise then you’ll want to be in a back room.
