Positive: The additional services like setting up our marriage anniversary. My wife loves it. It surprised her very much. The massage was so good that she requested one more hour of extension.

Positive: The room was massive and the bed was huge! Some nice decoration above the jacuzzi and around the hotel. The free minibar was good and while we have rated the place low on the experience it was good value for the one night we needed it for given the time of the season we booked. Also it was about a 10 minute drive back from the night market which cost about $2 so that was great
Negative: I do not want to put too negative a review but while there was lots of art and decoration that was quite lovely, the room was a bit tired and needs a bit of TLC. Many of the fittings, including the shower and toilet need either a deep clean or replacing. Our jacuzzi had bits that came out of the jets so we didn’t use it properly after trying to clean it ourselves. The aircon remote was broken and remained on 17c with high fan and was positioned right infront of the bed so it was a bit too much so we had to turn off the power to the room via removing the key. We had an early check out and so needed to have breakfast when it was supposed to open at 7:30 however no one was there for us to help us get coffee or tea and there was no light food available even though the menu did say bread and croissants were available.
