3 Bedroom Cottage in Buford

We're back! Welcome to Pop and Lolly's cottage. 10% discount for weekly booking. 20% discount for monthly booking. Monthly booking equals approximately 4 weeks. All stays include all utilities and wifi.
This newly renovated single story ranch features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with some extra sleeping areas! The kitchen has a gas stove, double oven, stainless steel appliances, and is open to the living and dining areas. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed and attached full bathroom with easy access shower. Bedroom #2 features 2 twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room and single bunk space provides extra space for sleeping. There is an office work space with desk off the living room. The second bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry closet with stack washer dryer are just off the main hallway. The cottage is decorated with nautical decor.
The carport with outdoor ceiling fan can be used as a covered patio or for covered parking. A large gravel area provides additional parking.
Easy access to 985, 85, and 400.
We respect our neighbors and the integrity of the cottage... so:
-no events or large noisy gatherings,
-no smoking , vaping , e cigarettes
-no pets, (see policies/house rules),
-keep exterior doors closed to help keep out insects and pests

Summary: Pop & Lolly's Cottage was our first ever VRBO stay and it couldn't have been any better! The hosts were amazing and thought of everything. The home was super clean, well stocked and we appreciated the welcoming extras. We loved being in nature while still close to everything. Deer came by to say hello throughout the day and the fireflies were magical. Super quiet neighborhood; perfect for a relaxing getaway! 5-stars from us!

Summary: We could not be happier with our stay. The unit was just renovated and everything in it worked perfectly and appeared to be in brand new condition. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the central A/C kept us cool. I was skeptical that six of us could fit in the unit based on the pictures, but the space is well organized and we had plenty of room to spread out. My teenage boys even enjoyed sleeping in the common area bunk beds. The location is at the end of a quiet cul de sac just a few minutes from Lake Lanier and was a perfect location for us as we were visiting family in the area. And much thanks to Lolly and Pops who were great to work with throughout the entire process, from initial booking to our departure. We can't wait to return next year.Fred

Summary: We loved the house, very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even fresh flowers in a small vase upon our arrival. Lolly was very communicative, offering to leave lights on if we were coming in late. The patio area was a wonderful place to sit and visit with a fan to keep the air moving. We only wish we would have stayed longer. The house is close to the lake but does not have lake access, the dam park is nearby.
