Positive: Great location, nice cafe and bar is around the corner. Botanique guarden is just around the corner.
Negative: Cleening has a room for improvement. The flat is worn, needs refurbishment. Kitchen utilities and utencils needs improvement. Electricity use is limited.
Summary: Nice flat, great location but the interior needs update and improvement.

Positive: Location is very good. Close to old town, close to the Turia park and to the station of local bus, metro lines... Spacious apartment, with separate bedroom from the living room and kitchenette. Also spacious bathroom with a tub. Two terraces. Big closets for storing things and clothes. Valencia is a must see.
Negative: First, in the living room there were bumps in the floor. After raising a carpet we saw broken tiles which is very unpleasant for walking and thinking not to create more damage. Second, we came as a family of 4, and I think the sofa bed could be prepared for children when we already come very late, at 2am. There are some things missing, like cloth...

Positive: Perfect location close to the old town. Well-equipped one bedroom apartament. Wifi was decent. Easy check in and check out procedure.
Negative: Despite payment through booking there is a need to provide on external link one more time card in case of the damage.

Positive: The location was good, well furnished apartment, the check-in process was quick and efficient. Communication with the host was done easily via whatsapp, however response times were long.
Negative: The apartment was cleaned but not thoroughly [hair on the bed, socks from previous guests under the bed, grim areas and dusty shelves], our contact data, partial card details and personal details appeared in a data leak by the host and we got various phishing links and scams asking us to pay for miscellaneous things on top, i think older people would be prone to actually doing so. The host did warn us about scammers using their name to pose as them however the issue arises from the fact that the host does not secure their guests data securely [meaning that scammers can access them; they knew where we were staying, arrival date, how much we payed etc]. we could hear the baby crying in the apartment above us and many of the locks and windows were not well insulated or didnt work, we also had to pay a 200 eur deposit which we havent gotten back yet and there were many regulations to follow. also the kitchen only had 3 glasses and 3 forks and the water pressure alongside temperature was not good. The wifi connection also was not good at all and the balconies were about 1 sq meter and blocked by the A/C boxes.
Summary: Overall a good location, easy check-in, however cleanliness seems to be an issue.

Positive: Very good amenities. Clean flat. Can't state the usefulness of AC in key areas.
Negative: Congested WiFi at times. Could use a small laundy machine for longer stays.
Summary: Voted one of the top three places to stay in my family.
