Summary: Love the house nice old house with a great layout for a couple couples and the kids. If you have issues with stairs it is not the house for you but we love the location and proximity to downtown. This is our go to house when we go to Sioux Falls!!

Summary: We stayed with our son, his wife and a 4yearold. The rooms were spacious, it was nice to have a tv in the bunk room. The dining was big enough for all of us. The only issue was the water/ice for fridge was not working properly. Otherwise the kitchen had good variety pots/pans. It was so nice to have a stash of coffee pods and a few tea bags provided!The downside was that the neighborhood was not the best, wouldnt want to be out for a stroll. It seems like the area is on upswing. The location in relation to downtown and area attractions was great, and street parking at the property was easy if you have more than one car.Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This was the best place for our family to gather! The kids Calle sit the “cozy house” because it was warm and they loved the love sac bean-bag! Great kitchen set up and awesome rooms lay out. Beds were comfortable and good location to getting to things around town! Little bit of a rougher neighborhood but doors locked good. Side door was a little drafty and cold but as long as kitchen entry door was closed we stayed warm.

Summary: This house is a great size for around 8-10 people. Not incredibly friendly for elderly as there are no handrails or bedrooms on the first floor (my fault for not checking). Thankfully it was great weather (no ice or snow). The neighborhood is definitely not that safe, I was uncomfortable walking to my car by myself, especially in the dark. You can only fit about 2 cars in the driveway and the rest is street parking. The house was mostly as the pictures described, rooms are nice and spacious. There was a cute little fireplace that made the living room more cozy to sit.
