Summary: Great location on the river. Ad. states 2 bedroom, 2 bath but one bathroom in downstairs which means that everyone upstairs has to share one bathroom. A good portion of the dock had been demolished by recent storms I presume but still enough area to fish. Did not do so well on the sand trout but did catch a lot of crabs and a couple of flounder. Overall....OK.

Summary: I never received an email with property details and code for the door, so when we arrived I had to call the property manager and after an hour went by called again. When she finally returned the call and gave us the door code it still didnt work. We sent my 11 yr old through an unlocked window to get the door open. We quickly found out there is only 1 working bathroom and one of the beds had an ant infestation. There was vomit in the second bathroom downstairs and junk in the washing room so it was diificult to get to. My daughter pointed out a bullet hole through her window and we had to replace the green light on the dock and buy an extension cord for the outside lights. The cutlery and pots and pans were greasy and some were rusted and not a sharp knife in the place. One of the bedrooms was still under construction and the outside porch pillars were rotted. We ended up having to leave a window unlocked because the door lock never unlocked with the code and thats when my dad noticed the door was hung crooked. Thankfully we didnt spen alot of time there and spent most of it on the beach or outside fishing or in bay city. If this property was mine I would not have rented it out at all.
