Summary: It was less than pleasant. I tried calling the front desk two nights in a row because there were yelling and screaming kids next to us, kids running around the hallways and loud tv’s. Nobody came to address the situation and it was close to midnight.

Summary: This was once a thrilling destination but now it is quite tired and in need of TLC. Kids 1-11 won’t know the difference because they just want the water park and it will likely be open but the larger water slides are shut down. Others will be disappointed. If you want a stylized theme room you must reserve one from their website directly. This also is the case if you want a renovated room. Expedia/Hotels reservations are for the antiquated run down rooms only. The air conditioning worked sporadically and when it did smelled like mold. We opened a window and it fell out completely. Thankfully it didn’t break. There is a laundry facility, ice machines, and a pretty good restaurant on site so if you are there for a sports tournament you’ll be happy with those features.

Summary: The hotel is nice for children, but the beds are very uncomfortable and the carpet in the room is very dirty. The hotel is not really well maintained and it feels like there is a lack of staff there, which is a shame because the hotel has excellent potential.

Summary: Room wasnt properly cleaned, looong hairs in the tub which didn't drain properly. Missing blankets for the LUMPY and sunken pull put couch, the bed frames, a slight odor... possibly from the carpet and ants on the AC unit. Waterpark opens at 11, then closed from 1-230. Not ideal for a family with kids eager to play. Also, the wood for the tall slides with tubes was rotted. When we called down for more blankets, we were told to walk down to get them. Rooms have AC but not the entire hotel.

Summary: Very convenient. Everyone was nice. The pull out sofa was too uncomfortable to sleep on. But overall it was a nice time and I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We got to check in about 2 hours early due to our room being ready, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable… They kept my daughters cake & ice cream for us until later and they were always available… Room was clean stocked and comfortable…
