Positive: This is an exception place to eat and stay. Located on the waters edge the facilities are excellent and the staff were exceptional, creating a vibe that is friendly, helpful and totally welcoming. If there was a 6th star i would give it.

Negative: Breakfast could be a little more varied regarding cereal and fruit.
