2 Bedroom Condo in Snowshoe

This home is geared towards families who are looking to make an affordable trip to the mountains for a ski adventure. We can help you to keep your trip affordable where rentals and food are concerned, the latter being the most difficult to manage. A full kitchen and affordable non-resort options can remove most of that pain, yet one of the 3 ski areas is only 10 minutes from our door. Note that we are not adverse to any type of group but rather we are a family of 4 and understand the needs of that group well. Being the group leader can be taxing and we hope to help you actually enjoy your trip instead of simply leading it.
The home sits directly between the two Snowshoe entrances Directly across from The Raven Golf Course! 2 Loft areas are located in the A frame vaulted ceiling(chateau style). There are two loft bedrooms and a couch. There are 2 beds with one in each of the lofts(separate bedding areas separated by a wall), and a couch with blankets on the first floor. Downstairs is a great room with a full kitchen, dining room table, living room and a separate full bath. There are two skylights. The walls are made out of six inch logs as seen in pictures,and the ceiling is knotty pine. Stairs are actual spruce beams and logs. Electric fireplace in living room.
Unit is well maintained and clean. Very rustic and cozy(downright nice)!! There is a full kitchen with pans and such for your use. It is well stocked but you may need to bring specialty or particular items. Floors are Slate, Hickory LVT, and Carpet. The hot tub is next door. Parking is in front of the unit. No more long hikes from the parking lot! No hallways.
There is a 50" TV w/ Smart TV downstairs and a' Flat Screen on 2nd floor. Most of my renters are families and as a father I know the kids tend to hijack the TV so I split them up when needed.
This is a fairly quiet location and is very close to the slopes. It is located in very wooded area. You can literally hike for days out of the front door. Cass, Big Springs,and other desirable locations are nearby. Affordable grocery and eateries are close to home. We detail local info to help you navigate a very spread out resort at an affordable price

Summary: Just off the mountain between front and back access of snowshoe. This little group of condos are wonderful. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the mountain and a 20 min ride from the top. Quick easy convenient. This is a spot to remember. Laundry and spa onsite. Even was able to bring my dog with preapproval and deposit. I will be back to this spot. Top notch.

Summary: The trip was nice. The house was quaint and clean. The property owner needs better communication skills, he was rude and demanding. He told me he had to look into me because I rented the property for my adult child and her spouse. I will not rent from him again.

Summary: We really enjoyed the place. We knew it would be relatively small and the price reflected that. The unit was spotless, the kitchen was more-than-ample, and while we weren't sure we'd be able to use the hot tub because it's a communal setup, we were the only ones using it. The kitchen is probably the best-equipped we've found at a short-term rental. (Note: this is about the equipment not the availability of groceries. There really isn't a grocery within a decent distance, so bring what you want. We did, and had no trouble cooking any of it with what was provided.) The only thing to be aware of--and it was clearly pictured and described, so this isn't a complaint but a further clarification--is the tightness of quarters in the upstairs sleeping loft. If you're sharing the bed with a partner, one of you will not be able to get up in the night without waking the other to make space for you to crawl out. And then you'll have to make your way down the rather steep loft steps if you're looking to reach the restroom. For us, it wasn't a dealbreaker. But it was a bit tighter than we'd expected. So, all good for the right place at the right place. But something to be aware of if you're up and down often in the night or have creaky joints that make low ceilings and steep stairs difficult.
