Positive: Perfect location. The staff is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much the sauna and the pool.
Negative: We stayed there in July, 2026. Rooms and bedding are pretty dated. Bathroom had a sewage smell. No AC. We opened windows, nice breeze and lower temperatures overnight was quite comfortable.

Positive: Most of all we were happy with the hotel personnel. Really nice and warm people all of them. They helped us with our luggage, checked in us fast and gave advices on activities and restaurants nearby. Hotel is located in a quite place but very close to Zabljak center where you can find many restaurants, grocery store, etc. 4-5 minutes drive from Durmitor national park parking lot.
Negative: They did not have rakija in a bar! How is it possible in Balkan? Still they had local beer so it's okay.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to everyone

Positive: A pleasant and cosy hotel. The hotel staff was attentive and kind. Good and varied breakfast. The room was spacious but needs a little refreshment.

Positive: Breakfast was delicious, the hotel is located in the center of the city. Lots of different choices to pick from. And the staff was beyond wonderful. They even offered water bottles for free to take on our way out. Outstanding
Negative: I think rooms need little bit of renovation. The hotel is in old condition and you could see the walls in the bathroom and tiles in necessity to be replaced.
Summary: Very comfortable, great location, amazing service and reception, needs renovation.
