*4 wheel drive vehicles will be needed to access the property in the winter. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway and is strictly enforced. Parking along Jack Rabbit lane is prohibited.
*Policy regarding Blue Knob Resort closure is if the resort is closed due to lack of snow/weather conditions and you would like to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be prorated for the time the resort and lifts are closed.
* You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Max occupancy is 10 people. No parties or large events. Payments must be made through VRBO.

Summary: Suited our needs perfectly Excellent location, a short walk from Jack Rabbit slope. Open floor plan with space for everyone in the kitchen / dining room / living room. Beds were comfortable. The upper bunks are a bit of a challenge for adults to traverse. The unit was very clean. Do bring soap and shampoo for the showers. We didn't have success lighting a fire as it seemed the firewood was still green. We would stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay at Dave’s house!! The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to directly access the closest trail to the house (probably Jack rabbit which wasn’t technically open). Loved the cozy feel and all the kitchen supplies. Super fun!!!

Summary: The location was wonderful! Great place to be able to ski in/ski out. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very disappointed because the rental agreement said we had access to the Alpine Lodge indoor pool and spa and it was closed for the season. We understand that Covid has changed things, but the owner should have disclosed that. It poured down rain and we were counting on being able to use the pool and spa.

Summary: Really nice property - LOVED LOVED the fireplace. Super clean, super cozy. Dave was very responsive & helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked & place was immaculate. The neighbor, Scott, was super friendly also. The only thing for us was figuring out how to get onto the mountain from there. Maybe let people know to go to the end of the road in your information? It was really snowy our first day, we tried to get to Jackrabbit run via across the street & it was a comedy/tragedy of sorts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: I have been visiting Blue Knob yearly for about ten years. I have rented the upstairs portion of this house before, but stayed in downstairs condo. Everything was clean and tidy and very well stocked, especially the kitchen.
