Summary: This was the second time that we rented from Vicki and, just like our first stay, it was terrific! Check in and check out was seemless, the condo was perfect for our family of 4 (with two teenage boys), and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo recently was purchased by Hilton Grand Vacations, but we did not notice any change in the service (it was excellent). The building was under renovation because of recent flooding - and so we could not use the ski locker, but the front desk staff kept our skis for us at the front desk, which was very convenient. The location cannot be beat - an easy walk to/from the slopes. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks!

Summary: Once again, a lovely stay at the Embarc(now Hilton). We enjoy the pools, hot tubs, proximity to slopes, holiday crafts and most importantly size and comfort of the room. Only complaint is the mattresses in need of upgrade. Overall wonderful stay.

Summary: We had an amazing time at the Embarc. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we had more than enough space for our week-long stay. Vicki was fantastic to deal with and when we return to Whistler, we will definitely rent from her again. The location could not have been better - it shares the same drive as the Fairmont and is just steps to the Blackcomb Gondola.
