Rockridge: enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the majestic Monashee Mountains from nearly every room in this luxury slope side chalet. Conveniently located in Rock Ridges Estates right on Hummingbird ski run and just 150 metres from Big White Village, the home boasts 4 bedrooms in 2240 square feet. built in the Arts and Crafts style this is truly a beautiful property.
You will be enchanted by the well stocked kitchen, the 200 year old wood floors, the hand pounded iron railings and the sumptuous linens. The estate offers more than enough room for 10 adults to sleep eat and relax in comfort and style. And the location is quite simply impossible to beat.
This 4 bedroom house has exceptional views and direct ski in and ski out access. Located on Rockridge Road, a cul de sac, Rockridge is only a 2-3 minutes walk to the village. A lock up undercover garage for one car with room out the front for 2 additional cars. On the main level is the kitchen, dining room and main living area. Up one level are two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. The master ensuite has a steam shower. On the lower level, there are two further bedrooms with a share bathroom. There is also a second living area, ideal for kids getaway as there is a second TV with Sony playstations and loads of games. On this level there is a large drying room with laundry, washing machine and dryer.
Ski Access: ski directly to your back door from Woodcutter run. To get to the run, it is a 20 metre walk either out the back door or from the front door. There is ski storage at both back door and front door.
Summer Access: Fly screens on windows, garage for bike storage, amazing view, balcony upstairs to relax whilst absorbing the views and sipping on a glass of wine. There is also a BBQ for use on the balcony off the dining room.

The house was terrific with four spacious bedrooms and two separate living areas. The views from the hot tub were incredible and watching the sunset whilst relaxing after a hard day of skiing was unbeatable. The ski run is just outside the back door, pop your skis on and off you go! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property and there were plenty of games for the kids! Brilliant property and I would highly recommend it”.

Summary: We were able to check in early and the place was very clean and very beautifully decorated. There were a few things, however, that could have made our stay a little better. There was no washroom on the main floor. Only one downstairs and one in each bedroom upstairs which was a bit inconvenient when we were always on the main floor. I would suggest better pots and pans for cooking especially with large families. The tile in the downstairs washroom was not heated which made it very chilly when using that washroom especially at night. Also one of our toilets stopped working while we were there and we had asked if it could be fixed while we were there and didn't get a response back from the property manager after we asked to try to get it fixed. The responses were delayed. Also the stair going into the hot tub was wobbly and slippery so was hard to get in and out of the hot tub. Overall place was very clean, great ski room and well stocked with dishes. We would stay again!

Summary: We stayed with 2 families of 4 and the house easily accommodated us with the two living areas and multiple sleeping options. It had a better equipped kitchen then you find at most rentals and the oversized laundry was fantastic for hanging up all the ski jackets, pants and boots, helmets, etc. Property manager reached out proactively prior to arrival and was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.
