Positive: My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the property was warm and relaxing. I would especially like to thank the two ladies at the reception — they were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Their positive attitude and genuine care made my stay even more pleasant and memorable.
Negative: Nothing significant — overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
Summary: An excellent stay with great hospitality, friendly staff, and a very comfortable environment — highly recommended.

Positive: The staff was extremely welcoming and nice, opening the door for us at 3 am in the morning, which is absolutely exceptional for apart hotels. Literally saved us from sleeping outside. The room was comfortable with warm blankets and a cozy bed, everything perfectly clean.

Positive: Excellent customer service, perfect location with mountain views and direct near ski slopes, high quality of building (no noise) and room equipment
Negative: Restaurant was not open because the ski resort was closed out of season. The menu looked really delicious so hope to come next time - heard rumours it will open also in summer
