Summary: Nice older hotel with charm. Staff really helpful and service minded. Rooms have different standards, some are more modern but others are a bit faded. we got a nice room with more modern bathroom. Functional and good quality inventory. Restaurant was good, staff offered alternatives for food allergy reasons. Dinner was great. Nice nature surrounding the hotel. Would consider to come back.

Summary: It was just unexpectedly good experience! The best part is to drive to the hotel actually--what a landscapes, if you start from Ringebu direction! The hotel itself is from 70-s and a bit "used", but you will be welcomed with a smile! good restaurant for sure. Reasonable prices! The surroundings are great. Only thing that breaks silence and spoils your sleep are the cowbells. You may say its is romantic even. Thre was no tv in my room-that was the only minus! Good breakfast and very polite and friendly service!
