Summary: From the moment that we were aware that we needed to overnight in Whitehorse, our phone questions were answered professionally by the staff at The Skky Hotel. We appreciated all of the considerate little extras that The Skky offered us. Freddie was awesome and remembered that my husband ( different last night) was flying in 3 hours earlier than me. The king size room was ready when he arrived. I was impressed that Freddie welcomed me when I arrived and remember my email. Very impressive. Jefferson was happy and engaging, we had a lovely chat when he helped us with our appetizer and drink choices in the excellent onsite Indian restaurant. Jefferson was also the person that checked us out the next morning. He was pleasant and still had a very big smile. Although we were a 5 minute walk to the airport, the front desk called a taxi for us as we had several pieces of luggage. As we were leaving our room to checkout, Chris was cleaning the hallway and immediately noticed me manoeuvring my bags out of the room and he kindly took them to the front desk so that I could checkout. This hotel offers the little things that translate into excellent service.
