Positive: The breakfast was fine but basic. The view was amazing from every room including the pool. The villa was kept very clean and was cleaned every day throughout our stay. The hosts were helpful.
Negative: The villa is showing its age. The towels provided were threadbare and stained. We usually stay in 5 star hotels but because we were travelling with friends we thought a villa would be great. We were very disappointed as the amenities, breakfast and furnishings were below standard for what we paid. The villa is far away from everything so we had to hire a car to get around. We found getting taxis too slow and difficult. We would not stay at the villa again.
Summary: Beautiful view but not worth the money we spent for the week. A little tired and too far away.

Positive: Gym and games room were great. Alex got us anything we wanted.
Negative: Poor water pressure. Needs a few touch ups. You don’t get the full villa (no kitchen and 4oo6 rooms).
Summary: Beautiful views melts away any issues.

Positive: All bedrooms were en-suite, gym and games room were a great bonus especially as the villa is quite isolated
Negative: We were there during rain season and the noise from the wind and rain was quite loud as the windows and doors were not completely sealed. the villa is at the top of a very steep hill in an isolated area of Koh Samui, some taxis would not go up the hill due to the rainfall and steepness, however, we did not have a problem getting transport to and from the main town of the island.
Summary: Beautiful views and excellent service and facilities, we will definitely be making a regular trip to the Villa
