Positive: It was literally 3 buildings down from my daughter's apartment, a quick walk to Otori Station, very close to Haneda Airport and groceries and restaurants!

Negative: Travel light. Space is a premium in Japan. My luggage was too big and too much even though I stayed 2 weeks!!

Summary: Excellent stay, convenient location and comfortable!

Positive: Good value for money. Convenient location for Haneda. Lots of shops around as well as well-priced eateries. Reasonable space (for Tokyo) in one-bedroom apartment. Cooking facilities, etc. adequate. Good remote support.

Negative: A bit too far from the main Tokyo tourist attractions if you are on a short visit and wish to maximise sightseeing. No physical human presence on-site may be detraction for some...
