Positive: We thought it was a great house to have a boys night fishing and playing pool.. we liked the fact you could walk to the water and throw a line in, in about a minute. 3/4 houses down. Almost straight away we where thinking of when we could get back there and hopefully snag it at a good price again. Didn't read into it and that it was 30 per bed for sheets so we just brought our sleeping bags haha.. probably my fault but was fine..

Positive: location had wonderful views, house was very comfortable, clean and quiet, great location for beach strolls
Negative: one bathroom and toilet would be challenging for large groups, but the 5 of us managed ok. Having access to additional blanket would mean using the heating less. (We don't like wasting electricity)

Positive: Lots of space. Secure yard for dogs. Clean premises, comfortable bed, excellent heater, great location for our needs. Was easy to access the local walking/rising tracks and walking distance to the jetty for whale watching tours and to cafe. Nice quiet location with great views. Very good communication from managers, especially about the linen.
Negative: Would have been great to have some basics like oil, salt and pepper.
Summary: Excellent for rain, hail or shine. Pet friendly!

Positive: Very good location, very good view, very clean house, very new appliances and facilities
Negative: The main issue is that there is only one toilet and bathroom, and they are connected by a door that cannot be locked. This means that when using either, both the toilet and bathroom doors need to be locked simultaneously. Consequently, if one person is taking a bath, the other cannot use the toilet. I suggest the landlord install a door bolt on the door between the toilet and bathroom, creating independent access to both
