Positive: The hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant on site.
Negative: An elevator would be nice since we had heavy luggage, but one of the staff members carried it up for us so that was very nice.
Summary: Great place for a weekend getaway!

Positive: 1st impression as you enter drive was wow! Greeted as I walked in, checked in quickly, and went to see my room, AMAZING, spotless, and the cleanest room I've ever seen. Pool was awesome, 2 hot tubs fabulous, the trail to rive was beautifully, flowers everywhere.
Negative: I like everything was amazing!!!

Positive: The room was extremely clean. And nice for what it is - I didn't realize I'd booked a glamping trip. They might consider adding little shelves on either side of the bed (for book/glasses and a lamp on both sides) and in the bathroom - no place for toiletries. There is a flight path directly overhead - lots of air traffic (we enjoyed watching the planes) Coffee, dishes included, but no soap to wash them. CLEAN and nicely decorated.
Negative: The twin bed is actually a very uncomfortable futon. We bought a foam pad but that didn't help, our son doubled the pad and slept on top/seat back of the couch. The "mountain view studio" is actually the basement of one of the A frame cabins and it has a closeup view of trees. Bring beach towels for the pool and hot tub - also there are MANY steps, INCLUDING a tricky one in the middle of the room, as well as several flights to studio, and several flights to the hot tub and pool.
Summary: This is a very nice glamping experience in the basement of other cabins, no view, very clean.

Positive: The pool was heated and nice. There was also a nice jacuzzi.
Negative: Wasn’t able to get a hold of host when smoke detector was beeping. Tv didn’t work some of the time due to bad wifi.
Summary: Beautiful area just needs some upkeep.
