This luxurious newly-remodeled 3-bedroom house has a private sauna, and is centrally located, 5 minutes from the University of Oregon and Matthew Knigh Arena and 10 minutes from Autzen Stadium. This home is ideal for travelers, reunions, bridal groups, graduations, office retreats and romantic staycations!
The House:
This is a 3-storey house with a 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium.
The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table and pool table.
The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom, common reading area, office space, outdoor patio and laundry area on that same level.
The bottom level has a private spa and sauna and massage table, with full bathroom facilities including twin showers.

This Skyline house is located just off Franklin Blvd, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tree-covered hill, next to the University of Oregon.
Skyline sits on the side of this butte overlooking the city of Eugene and the Autzen stadium. It also faces west offering beautiful sunset views.
It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium.
Skyline is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Hendricks Park and a minute's walk to the famous Pre's Rock.

Summary: This is one of the best VRBO houses we have stayed in. I appreciate the accuracy of the listing. We have stayed in many where they over exaggerate the house. I feel like this one might have under represented the house. It is recently updated and well done. The views are amazing and it's close enough to walk to campus and a great hiking park. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were all quality. The house was very clean. The sauna was a really nice addition, now I want one in my house. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again. A few comments to potential renters - the kitchen is well equipped for take-out or reheat foods but lacking in specialized utensils (cheese grater, garlic press) and mixing bowls, if you plan on cooking. Lots of big spoons/forks, and pots and pans. Nice plates and silverware. Also, it was super cold in the house when we got there and took a while to warm it up.Communication with the owners was super easy and they were delightful to work with. Thank you!

Summary: This property is everything they advertise and more. It has the most amazing view. The house is extremely clean and updated. There were ample supplies and towels. Communication with the host was seamless. It was an excellent experience.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay and truly couldn’t have had better views of Autzen and the campus. We had all the amenities we needed and had a comfortable stay. We did have one of our cars broken into one night (which surprised us given how quiet and private the area felt), so make sure to lock your cars!
