Summary: The hotel is nice and the personnel very friendly and helpful. However the service in the Terrace Bar shall be improved because it is lowering the good level of the hotel

Summary: It’s a good hotel but there are many things to improve like a better training to the employees. The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. Thanks

Summary: The service at the hotel was great. The rooms are relatively clean. The breakfast could have greater choice And warm food-eggs were always cold. Definitely a place to consider when staying in Luanda since the hotel is very central.
