Positive: Setting, furnishings, spaciousness,

Negative: Kitchen stove top not user friendly or easy to use. Cookware marginal and not up to expectation compared to price. Doorknob near dining table broken. Not enough toilet paper. Tiling in 2nd floor master bath dangerously slippery, sink faucets in the same bathroom splash water everywhere, shower in same bathroom gets bath mat wet.
