Summary: Loved this place. Cool apartment in DT Cleveland. Close to eateries and a Heinen’s supermarket two minutes walk away. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city. Gym onsite and free coffee bar in communal lounge area downstairs.

Summary: Great location. Quality accommodation. Loved the big table to eat at and generally be the heart of the room. All kitchen alliances and equipment good. Excellent shower. Bed good, not excellent; rather firm. Overall would def stay again.

Summary: The instructions on getting the keys were pretty straightforward. I know some people complained it was complicat but it wasn't at all. The instructions for the parking was a little more challenging but again if patient and just follow the directions and it's pretty straightforward. The property was very well decorated and stylish and new. The only drawback was the noise from the road. I could hear the Harley type bikes in the evening. I was in a unit on the 3rd floor.

Summary: The building and amenities were wonderful. Large space, comfortable bed. Some neighborhood drama one night causing a short building evacuation. But it is in a downtown area, so that may come with the territory.

Summary: Loved the room. Found the beds comfortable and slept really well. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice touches with coffee, etc. plenty of cabinet space. Couch comfy. Bathroom and shower were wonderful. Loved the balcony. WiFi coverage was excellent. Loved the convenience of the parking garage although spaces were very tight. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Location is perfect for seeing Cleveland, but we found the property uncomfortable. We messaged with the company, and they were friendly, but they couldn't fix any of the problems. #1 The bed was not a traditional mattress or memory foam - some sort of incredibly uncomfortable hard foam. #2 The flimsy blinds on the window did not block light at all. #3 The building was under construction with construction out the window and in the elevator. #4 We never received check in info and had to call and text repeatedly to ask for it. #5 Check in and out are annoying because you have to hope for street parking while you go inside to get a parking garage pass. #6 Less important, the apartment had a weird unfinished ceiling and random wall not painted. The lobby and common areas were truly bizarre, as if different people chose each pillow, chair, carpet, and wallpaper. Sometimes in the evening homeless were asking for money at the front door to the building.

Summary: Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late. And please know check in is a 4pm and check out is 10am so there’s not much of a chance of sleeping in on the day you have to check out. The room is in fact very sleek and stylish with all the amenities you would need and is in a central downtown location close to bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. The rooftop pool is an extra added bonus!

Summary: Beautiful property, apartment was very much like a hotel with a kitchenette, very comfortable and everything you need. Right next to a CVS and good location for walking around. We were very comfortable here!
