Summary: We’ve stayed in this small community before. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and golf. This condo is clean and in an excellent location. Scott, our host, responded promptly to any questions. The only things we would like to see change are the bed in the second bedroom, which is a bunk bed that’s clearly pictured on VRBO and we would have liked to oncrease storage when we had guests

Summary: Host was very responsive - A Location to walking paths, Mercado on Hayden, etc is A++ Large Kitchen appliances are newer - A Small Kitchen appliances are meh - C Balcony faces north - A if you want shade & D if you want sun No direct access to trash/recycle bins (locked in garage, which you don't have access to) - D+ Host had 3 FedEx items delivered at separate times to unit .. kinda weird - C Gas Fireplace was not operational - F

Summary: This was our first time in Scottsdale and we picked the perfect location with this condo. Close to everything and a very short walk to a handful of great restaurants and coffee shops. Another great feature is the walking path around the several lakes with grass and trees just outside our door. Condo appeared to be recently renovated and very nice and clean. Owner lives in Scottsdale and was super responsive to all our needs. Can't go wrong with this rental.
