Summary: This property had great rooftop views. The location was good too! Our group of 5 adults stayed comfortably here but anymore would be tight. I think the attention to detail in cleaning was lacking… lots of noticeable spots needed closer cleaning. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Summary: This rental was perfect for what we needed. Very cute and well maintained. We were a little nervous about finding street parking, but we never had to park too far. Most of the time we were able to park right in front of the property. Would recommend! There are a lot of stairs, so might be harder for toddlers or anyone with physical impairment.

Summary: The family traveled to Seattle to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. The property is quite spacious with great views, including Elliott Bay. We found the property to be very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The property does not have its own parking, and several times we had to park up to 1/4 mile away on the street. The street itself is very narrow. Cars going the opposite direction cannont pass without one pulling over. All 3 bathrooms had bulbs burnt out. The blinds installed over the window did not work per the instructions in the welcome book. The biggest issue for us was the heat system. The temperature inside the house was 55 degrees when we arrived, and there is no central heat; only individual wall heaters in the bedrooms and 1st floor hallway. The unit in the living room never blew warm air. We ran all wall units on high for the duration of our stay, as well as the gas fireplace in the luving room. When we contacted the host property managers, they did send a couple of people out the first night, and addressed a few issues, but never returned as promised with light bulbs for the bathrooms. Overall, we adjusted and enjoyed our time there, and would rebook the property, but feel that the issues outkined above should be addressed.

Summary: This condo was clean, spacious, and the perfect location for our weekend in Seattle. The king bed was very comfortable and views of Elliott bay stunning. Hope to return in the future.

Summary: The property was in a great location and easy to access. Parking wasn’t a problem if you have 1 car. The master bed was comfy and spacious. The bed on the first floor was smaller than expected but we made it work. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed the townhome.
