Summary: Our booking was canceled last minute- three hours before check in. Owner cited emergency plumbing repairs. I was initially quite frustrated (and honestly a bit skeptical) with the last minute cancelation, but the owner was excellent about issuing a very prompt refund and helping me get the reimbursement for the damage insurance they requires for their property. Though I did not stay, I gave a review based on the quick communication and helpfulness of the owner. I did have to use a competitor, 'Hair RnR' to solve my housing issue. Pro-tip- they allow same day booking.

Summary: The apartment was decent and had the basics we needed. Could have used a few more towels and things as we only had exactly 4 towels for 4 people and a 5 day stay. It's location is a little tough on 22 for getting in and out at busy times. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in the area
