Summary: Clean. Very quiet. Breakfast was good. Need a mat in the tub/shower — extremely slippery. Appreciated the night light in the bathroom!! (No one wants to turn on a bright blinding light at 3am to go to the bathroom!!). Victoria at the front desk was very friendly, capable, efficient. Room rate was reasonable.

Summary: We had a last minute change in the room accommodations that they took care within an hour. The staff were pleasant, the room straightened daily, and nice breakfast options. Very pleased!

Summary: Front desk check in person was not very friendly, seemed like she was bothered by having to work. Didnt smile at all. Room was nice and comfortable, overall clean, but the bathroom vent was very dirty, we opened one of the side closets by where you hang clothes and there were dirty socks inside. Some missing paint marks on the ceiling. The hair dryer didnt really work should be replaced. Breakfast was nice, room was quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable.

Summary: We stayed at this location for 2 nights. It seemed that 1 or 2 people ran the whole place.. front desk, breakfast, housekeeping. Our room AC was not working (room was 80F). They sent someone to fix but no change. We called and they sent someone 2nd time (both times we were away). Upon returning still 80f. I called 3rd time and was told "well we sent someone two times!" I asked to switch rooms but they were full. I asked for refund but was told I'd need to talk to owner. Finally someone showed up with another AC unit and replaced it. Breakfast was good but they need an attendant to resupply coffee and other items when they run out. We were always looking for someone and no one was at front desk. It seemed they were very short handed. Our room cleanliness was average but bathroom floor was dirty. They only have 1 elevator which was slow and made strange noises. I would not return to this location.
