Summary: Hotel didn't look like much but it turned out to be fantastic. Extremely comfortable, everything in good shape. And very close to airport. Exactly what you want in an airport hotel!

Summary: The place is clean and well kept. However, the beds are uncomfortable. There appears to only be one luggage cart on the property and it was in use when we arrived. The man who checked us in was not very outgoing. And there is no body wash in the shower, which is practically unheard of in 2025 for a hotel at this price point.

Summary: This location has no pool, so it looks like the kids get in the hot tub, (soup de jour: ode de child), and it was not hot - it was cooling bath water about 90 degrees, and lots of stuff floating in it. The rooms were ok, the ac did not have a thermostat, so it didn't brown out and ran quiet all night. Other than that one detail, the sleep inn in Amherst is way nicer, cleaner, and the kids don't get in the hot tub, so it's clean and hot. .

Summary: Check in service was not so friendly. Hallway to bedroom looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Bed and pillows were comfortable but bathroom was very small and was in need of paint. Was disappointed that the sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the service there was good.
