Positive: they have free breakfast which was really good! the rooms are very roomy and comfortable.
Negative: there’s still a hold on my card almost a month later. i stayed there the 30th of June and checked out on the 1st of July and told is July 28th and there’s still a hold on my card. i called the hotel, they said they had completed the stay and the hold should fall off in 5-7 business days, if not contact my bank. i contacted my bank and they said to call the property. i’ve went in circles with both and still nothing has changed so instead of $100 for one night, i paid $200 and i’m not okay with that.

Positive: Located right off 75. Lots of restaurants , grocery, shopping nearby. Friendly staff. Friendly longterm guests. Spacious room. Pet friendly. No hidden fees. Breakfast was good.
Negative: Pool was a good size but dirty. My partner was grossed out and refused to go in. Our room smelled like wet dog. I assume there was in fact a wet dog in the room the night before. We stayed 2 nights and the smell faded. The showers need to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable ( very hard and board-like. Also, it tilted downward so our feet were above our heads.
Summary: Nice location. Friendly daytime staff. Not bad for the price

Positive: Comfortable beds,good shower,not a bad breakfast
Negative: Hidden fees over pet traveling with me not mentioned in confirmation e- mail after an initial deposit of 75.00$. Upon check in,they still wanted 70$ (10.00$ a day) in addition to the 75.00$. 145.00 in total It was only when I refused to pay it that they claimed they waved it.
