Positive: The bed was super comfy!
Negative: There was a problem with the pool so we couldn't swim. I called 2 weeks ago to confirm it was open and it was. But when we arrived there was some kind of issue. Also, there were crickets EVERYWHERE! They were all over the hotel and in our room and bathroom. Even the top of the curtain. That was super annoying. Other than that, it was nice.

Positive: I have been to this hotel several times and I keep coming because of the comfort and price, it is a great balance for what you get. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is clean, lots of natural light and the beds are very comfy.
Negative: The only thing I didn't like this time was that the coffee machine in the breakfast lounge was not working; I ended up making coffee in my room. This is the first time I have seen this happening.

Positive: Waffles are a winner.
Negative: 3 days without coffee during breakfast. Had to go out for coffee. I feel there should have been a backup plan for that. I was told on the second day of not having it that they had someone coming to fix it. Also, the same breakfast is every day. I'm guessing they always add omelets every other day, but everything else stays the same. Maybe have breakfast taco fixings and biscuits & gravy sometimes.

Positive: There is plenty of parking space, and the hotel is close to several restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast included, and there's a laundry facility at premises. Wifi is good.
Negative: The room was undermaintained. The furniture is old and not comfortable. The office chair is too low to sit on and work with a laptop. The AC and bathroom vent are extremely noisy, and it is challenging to do a conversation in the room when either one of them is on. There is no AC in the gym, and exercising during summertime is not a pleasant experience. The breakfast food variety and quality are very low. The coffee is terrible. Coming to have breakfast at 7:30 will probably leave you even less choices, as the food is running out and not replenished. The hallways during some mornings were full of dead cicadas, probably due to some chemicals they sprayed.
