Summary: The room was good for sleeping, however it is clear that there have been some rough tenants in the past. There were patches of drywall on the walls and the bathroom dehumidifier/fan was not working which made the room quite humid. The staff was really great though and always helpful and kind. The breakfast was also a huge positive for our stay.

Summary: The room was wonderful, the night staff (Dustin) was not. The room next to us had their alarm set for 3 AM and they didn’t shut it off. We tried to call downstairs, but they had the phone off the hook so it went to voicemail immediately. My husband went downstairs and Dustin said that we could move to a new room (at 3 AM mind you), we didn’t want to, so Dustin called the room and said nobody answered he then said he would go knock on the door. Dustin did, in fact, not knock on the door and finally at 3:35 AM my husband went down to the desk again, because of course the phone was still going straight to voicemail. Dustin came and banged on the door at 3:40 AM, and finally the alarm turned off at 3:42 AM. Well, I understand that people leave their alarms on, I don’t understand the front desk going immediately to voicemail, the fact that Dustin was in the office with the lights off, watching something on a smartphone and not doing anything. I just cannot understand why it took so long to take any action, and why no matter how many times I called the reception desk went straight to voicemail.

Summary: Room was excellent and lady that checked us in was Great! Her dog, Kelso was very friendly and was therapeutic thera to see after a long drive

Summary: Fix the elevator. It was broken during September stay and then again during October. Carrying luggage down four flights is no joke. I had four joint replacements and husband was two weeks out from pacemaker surgery and could not lift over 10 pounds, thus no real help in carrying bags. Front desk clerk just said he was sorry, never offering to help with luggage even when I told him our circumstances. I stay here about 6 times a year for 2 or more days each visit, but may have to rethink stay. Breakfast was good and other staff is very friendly and helpful.
