Summary: We have rented this lovely home multiple times. We have enjoyed each and every moment spent there. The home is nicely furnished with plenty of bedrooms/baths and a large kitchen/dining area with 2 large tables. Perfect for entertaining family and friends. The backyard is amazing. The heated pool was used often. Meg and Mike are very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We live this home in Augusta Ranch. Mesa. Thank you Meg and Mike!!

Summary: We were in town for our daughters wedding and booked this house for the week. We had a great time. We had everything we needed in the house plus paper products we usually have to get ourselves.

Summary: The Sanctuary provided sun and comfort during our stay. The home is very well appointed with good info provided for maximizing our enjoyment. Pool and foosball along with 3 separate indoor living areas provided plenty of room (although our small group didn't need it). The owners were great to work with!

Summary: We booked “The Sanctuary “ mid January thru February. This was our second stay at this home. Our first trip in 2022 was so memorable we booked again for 2024. We were pleasantly surprised the first time and so excited to stay again. This home is well cared for,,extremely comfortable and very welcoming for our family and friends! The kitchen is lovely with ample prep space and supplies. Plenty of space throughout the home for entertaining. We love the beautiful backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time enjoying the patio and view of the golf course. Hours of card playing as well! The location is perfect for our needs with friends close and shopping nearby. The Phoenix/Mesa airport is conveniently close as well! Meg and Mike were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we were settled and comfortable! Excellent hosts!! Summary: The house was excellent for our stay. It easily accommodated our party of 9 that included a 1 & 3 year old. Their was lots of space and the yard was great also. This property would have received all 5's except for the pool. It is advertised as a heated pool but never got above 65 during our stay. Partly because of cold weather and partly because it had to be refilled at the start of our stay and just never reached a warm temp. The "heated" pool was a big reason we rented this property. It is a great location and quiet area.

Summary: New years eve with family. Everything was perfect. Great home and hosts are very cordial. Great home on the golf course with fire pit and pool. You will love it. We are definitely going back.
