Spacious and charming Lake house. What better way to spend some fun times together.
We have a fully furnished 4 bedroom with 2 full bath property. The house is very open and wonderful for entertaining. The kitchen and coffee bar is fully stocked with the essentials.
Take a step outside to our wonderful outdoor retreat with tiki bar, fire pit, gas grill and 3 covered seating areas. In the fenced yard we have Corn hole and Horseshoes for your entertainment. We also have games and cards to play for entertainment and for the kids to enjoy. There is also covered parking for your cars or boat. There is two gas fireplaces in the house.
Swim in the sandy bottom part of the lake. Or just take a fun ride to the lake. There is some amazing fishing to be done.
We are only about a half mile to hwy 9 landing (recreational area)
Which also has a beach and playground. We are also only about a 5 min ride to Jellystone Park which has water slides and water activities
Rent or bring your own watercraft. There is also a boat ramp on our street you can use to put your boat or water toys in the lake.
During the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays the house will be beautifully decorated. Spend Christmas here and all you have to do is bring the presents!
We do have cameras located on outside of property for use when property is not being rented.

Summary: Sylvah was very sweet and helped us prepare before our stay. The stairs were a bit difficult for our older family members, but we were able to make it work. The outdoor area was very cute with chairs, fire pit, bar area, and games. We brought our golf cart to ride around area and found a great beach nearby.

Summary: We stayed here for our family vacation, the home was lovely had everything we needed. The homeowners where great, very helpful. If I could change anything, I'd want to be closer to the lake and swim area, you have to load up drive there, then park and walk down a golf cart path carrying everything. The home had advertised a golf cart however it wasn't available when we arrived (motor issues) , even with a golf cart it would of taken multiple trips back and forth for a family and ice chest, chairs etc....

Summary: Did not get to use the beach area due to high lake levels. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful.

Summary: Property is a great location and offered plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfy. Good outdoor space. We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the property though and lacking some basic amenities that we are used to having - such as a bottle opener and a pizza cutter.

Summary: We had so much fun. Our family live in Texas and Missouri, so this is the perfect 1/2 way spot. We had a great time and will definitely be doing it again. The owners were very responsive to our questions and we appreciated it. Thanks for a great 3 day weekend.
