THE COMMUNITY
Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. The city is also surrounded by three major mountain ranges, the Selkirk, Cabinet and Bitterroot ranges providing spectacular views all year round.
There is a centrally located clubhouse, also known as The Retreat, where our staff will warmly welcome you to the property and show you to your condo or townhome. They are also more than happy to recommend local activities to make your stay unforgettable such as hiking, skiing, golfing, horseback riding, art exhibits, music performances, dining, antiquing, shopping, etc. There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy directly on the property including the Wildflower Spa at Seasons, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, private beach, fire pits, al fresco dining areas, fitness center, and a marina with boat slips available for rent.
THE MARINA
The property is situated directly on the shore line of the massive 86,000-acre Lake Pend Oreille. We have a private 80-slip marina complete with a dockmaster to assist you in preparing for a beautiful day on the lake. You can moor your own boat during your stay with us or simply rent from a local company. We can certainly recommend businesses that rent all types of watercrafts including kayaks, paddleboards, ski boats, wave runners and pontoon boats. Boat slip rentals are limited in the summer months, so please be sure to reserve yours when reserving a condo or townhome.
THE POOL & HOT TUB
The lakeside heated outdoor pool and hot tub are in the center of the community, directly in front of the clubhouse. They are open all year round, so you can cool off during the summer months or warm up after a fun filled winter day of skiing at Schweitzer Mountain.
PRIVATE BEACH
Our staff can assist you with building a lakeside beach fire in the evenings, allowing you to unwind and enjoy all of nature’s beauty at the end of your day.
AL FRESCO DINING AREAS
You can reserve 2-hour increments with our staff prior to your arrival or upon check-in.
THE RESIDENCES
We have a variety of different sized-residences available for rent, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. Each residence has an open floorplan and private balconies overlooking the lake. They are fully furnished with linens, terry, cookware, dining ware, and a washer/dryer.
This 5-bedroom three-story townhome can accommodate up to 14 guests. The home is built into a sloping landscape, so the front entrance brings you into the second floor which serves as the main living level. This is a wonderful space for your friends and family to comfortably gather. On this level you will find a full kitchen, dining area, living room, balconies overlooking the lake, and a conveniently located half bathroom.
The upper level contains three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, one of the guest bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
The lower level provides an additional kitchen, living area and a half bathroom. There are also patios located off of this level allowing you to easily walk out to the pool and marina. This level contains two bedrooms, one with two queen-sized beds and one with two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds). There is also a private full bathroom on this level. Please note that the full bathroom and bunkroom can only be accessed through the bedroom with the queen beds.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
A formal Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature within 24 hours of booking. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving to confirm and hold a reservation.

Summary: This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do a yearly trip with a few other people and this year we decided on Sandpoint. Having the marina (which we utilized), pool, small beach, walking distance to to town was very convenient. The house was nice and laid out well for a group. The basement bedroom configuration was a little awkward, both basement bedrooms have no windows, and you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other. We knew about this before we booked, though. Only negative was the neighbor next to us. We have a shared backyard space with them and if our children put their feet over into his section, or touched his grass or bushes, he made sure we knew that was HIS yard and we had to stay on our side. The children he was upset over were under 4, it's very difficult to keep them on one specific patch of grass when it's all open and shared. Also, this same neighbor watched a 75 year year old grandpa spend over an hour setting up a tent for his grandkids to play in, didn't say a word. Then called the front office and complained (tents aren't allowed, and we did not know). We had no problem with the "no tents" rule (honestly did not know), but he really just sat there and watched the entire time and didn't say a word to us, then called the office after it was all set up! He really could have just told us instead of watching the whole time and then calling it in. Needless to say, we felt like this particular neighbor kind of put a damper on the trip, but we still had a good time overall and the property and front desk were very nice. We would not choose this unit next time based on the neighbor.
