Modern conveniences meet historic charm in these 2 private, adjoining condos with plenty of space for large groups of up to 20 people.
Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, conveniently located:
- 5 Minutes from Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- 8 Minutes from Cincinnati Children's hospital
- 40 Minutes from Ark Encounter
Guests have access to the exterior and interior doors via a convenient smartlock keypad.
The space
The space consists of 2 condos located on the 2nd and 3rd floor walk-ups in a converted 125 year old Victorian home. Although we don't recommend booking unless the group is OK with stairs, the units are worth the climb! Unit 2 is a 3BR/2BA and Unit 3 is a 3 BR/1 BA. In total, they include two updated kitchens, two large living rooms, and a true to the period turret, all furnished with contemporary decor and unique custom artwork. Rooms also include 3 updated full bathrooms, 6 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms + 3 smaller "nook" bedrooms), and plenty of sleeping space in common areas with use of air mattresses.

Summary: My family stayed here for a few days after Christmas to celebrate my father’s birthday and go to the Ark. the home was very nice and well decorated and met our needs perfectly. We traveled with my older parents, my brother, sister in law, and their 3 kids and our family of 9. We had lots of room to spread out but also lots of spaces to come together and enjoy meals and play games. It was a fantastic stay!

Summary: This was the second time we stayed at this rental. The property owner is super nice! We stayed in 2020 and decided to stay again for another trip to the area. I would give the place 10/10 for sure!

Summary: We had a group of 18 people (various ages) stay during our trip. The house fit our needs and provided plenty of space to relax in the evenings. The house was decorated with paintings the host created adding to the experience, we enjoyed their works.

Summary: This house had so many extra amenities. I have stayed in VRBO rentals many times over the last few decades. This house had more extras than was unexpected than any other place I have stayed. They had extra trash bags in both kitchens, an entire box of Tide pods, dish pods and even k cups for everyone. The central air and air conditioning units kept the place so cool and comfortable. We had kids and elderly people and everyone enjoyed themselves. The home was so neat with all of the antique/Victorian touches like old crystal door knobs and original hard wood floors. There were numerous towels and wash cloths for all of us (we had 20 people). The owner was so nice and hospitable and even had to come rescue us when we locked ourselves out. I would recommend this house to any and all and we all loved it!

Summary: We brought our teen Girl Scout troop to Cinci to go to King's Island (both the park and Soak City) and do some shopping, and everyone, Scouts and moms alike, had a great time. The owner responded quickly to questions, and the girls LOVED having their own space/apartment on the third floor, while the moms took the more modest second floor. The steps were no joke - heed the warnings! - and additional seating for hanging out in the second floor living room would have been appreciated, but overall, as I said, everyone had a wonderful time in the Queen City. Thanks!

Summary: We brought our Christian school and some folks from church to the Ark & Creation Museum. We had 19 which stayed very comfortably at the house. This house has so much character which was preserved with the beautiful renovations. Honestly, the stay at the house was one of the highlights of the trip! Location was great…really Zero complaints about any aspect of our stay! The kids played hide and seek for hours with all the nooks and crannies! :) Thank you for a great stay!
