Summary: The house was comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for a family trying to get away from the casinos.

Summary: Great place. Clean. 2bed 2bath. Master bath has two sinks. Perfect size for our family of 4. Close to Golden Eagle Rec for baseball tournament. Close to the University of Nevada Reno (Wolfpack). Refrigerator's icemaker wasn't working but host Aria kindly dropped off 2 bags of ice. Washer/dryer in unit. Overall I highly recommend it. Just make sure to confirm the AC is working properly.

Summary: The rental was simply appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Having 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, and a full kitchen make traveling so comfortable. Thank you!

Summary: Upon arrival the unit decor and setup appeared quite nice but we had a few insect and spider issues; nothing a little bug spray we bought didn’t fix. Then the bbq outside was removed limiting our ability to cook some meals we had prepped for. I contacted the owner to advise and they said they took it do to lack of propane. On two occasions the tv volume was turned down when we returned. We questioned whether or not someone had come into the unit while we were out of the unit. Pool is small but has a play area right outside. Owner was suggestive of good places to eat and visit during our stay which was appreciated. We ended up leaving a day earlier than expected so I can’t say much about the checkout process. Overall the rental was decent.

Summary: We loved this place. The place was up to date, very clean, cozy, and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved the location and able to get to many places under 15 mins. The manager was amazing, great communication, and answered all questions when needed. Everything was ready for us to check in couple hours prior to the check in time and said we could check in early. Which was a amazing after traveling all day. We all loved it and can’t wait to go back again. We would stay here again without hesitation!
