Enjoy your stay at this clean, bright and comfortable beach house with 2+ bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and outdoor shower. Just an 8 minute walk to a bayside beach or to the freshwater pond at Wiley Park with a beach, network of trails, and playground. Eastham's own Coast Guard Beach ranks as a top 10 beach in the USA and is a short drive or lovely bike ride. Come see all that the Outer Cape has to offer!
Enjoy long summer evenings outside grilling and playing games in the large flat yard. There is also an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your meals at. You'll love the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Walk into the front door into the comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings and french doors out to the back yard. The middle bedroom is to your left. There is a twin trundle and wardrobe. Walk through to the master bedroom and find a king size bed, private bath with a tub and shower, and plenty of closet space. The back bedroom has a queen size bed and a skylight for a nice breeze, and the living room has a pull out queen bed. The back hall bathroom has a standup shower. All linens are provided for our guests use, and plenty of toiletries can be found in both bathrooms. The kitchen boasts everything you could need to cook a gourmet meal, including a gas stove, a lobster pot, and several sets of plates and utensils. Clean up is a breeze with the dishwasher. The dining room can fit 8-10 around the table. Included in your stay are cable and internet.
