This House was built in 2005 for the purpose of housing guests on the pacific ocean. With 4 rooms and 4 king beds having ocean views, decks, and fireplaces, each with a full bathroom including jacuzzi, shower and toilet. There are two fireplaces in the front of house on lower balcony, with separate stairs for the basement suite to access. There is also a pulldown divider for complete privacy. The rooftop hottub is completely private and accessible only thru the main house. Come relax with family!

Summary: Anyone who doesn't stay here is really missing out on something special! Four bedrooms each with a King-sized bed, full ensuite complete with jet-tub, private balcony and natural gas fireplace. Extremely friendly and walkable neighborhood makes everything so convenient. But even if that is not enough, the ocean front view and the Olympic mountains right outside your door is over the top!! The owner even took us for a boat ride and shared some of his fresh salmon with us. We can't say enough about our experience at this property. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the rooftop hot tub where we would watch the cruise ships pulling up about 200 yards away. To do justice to this review, I would definitely need more space than what is provided as the list would go on and on.

Summary: We had such a wonderful experience at this property. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and every room has an amazing view and big jacuzzi. Brent made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Victoria.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Location was excellent and the 4 master suites gave everyone their own space. Kitchen was fully stocked. We made Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. The hot tub on the rooftop was wonderful! Available during the winter was much appreciated. And coffee sitting at the front deck fire pit was a great way to start the day. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed for two nights and will again. It would be hard though find a better location and easier family to rent from. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Summary: As three families getting together, this was a fantastic location! The house was ideally located to see Victoria and we had a showing of orca swim as we ate breakfast on our first morning. Our host was outstanding and made everything smooth. We will definitely be heading back next time family or friends come to visit! Nothing can substitute our large family meals all around one table (and the hot tub on the roof was added extra fun for the grown-ups!). Thank you Brent for making our family trip possible and so memorable! We all loved it!
