Summary: Very clean, beautiful property. Lots and parking and in a convient location. The very first thing we noticed upon arriving was how AMAZING this hotel smells. Not sure if they use incense or what but we could not get over how good it smelled.

Summary: I gave the same overall rating of '3' that I gave when the hotel directly requested my evaluation. It's a very nice place, rooms were nice - plenty of space - and clean. Room temperature could not be lowered to be more comfortable. It was like the setting was stuck where they wanted it to be. Other issue that they lost points on was that restaurant was not open on time for breakfast. Posted time was 7-11AM & when I went down at 8:15 it wasn't open. And no one around to ask why. Front desk didn't even know. It eventually did open and seemed pricey for a self-serve buffet.

Summary: The property had an event and the people who attended the event were very rude. The facilities had so many issues and every time I’ve stayed there there is an issue. I didn’t get a passcode for WiFi. Their elevators and vending machines were also broken. I was on the second floor. With all these issues they still don’t offer any discounts which is insane. It was a pretty poor experience.

Summary: Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and clean room, but coffee maker was dirty and security safe did not work. On-site restaurant is extremely expensive.

Summary: Crowded and outdated. In fairness, there was a large convention and/or multiple parties going on and that contradicted the serene depiction on the website. The halls were crowded and that made the navigation from our room to the lobby confusing as signage was impossible to read without rudely pushing past people. Due to the crowd, we used the back stairwells and walked outside the perimeter but in the stairwell closest to our room (which smelled like pot) we found a battery on the floor that looked like it was taken out of the smoke alarm. In short, I don’t think we got the value from what we spent. Both parking and main areas felt congested and unsafe and we won’t be recommending or using this place for future visits.

Summary: After being out for a few hours, when we returned we discovered a door to the outside was unlocked. Room was on ground level. Also, there was no hot water. At best, it got to tepid after steady wasteful running of water.

Summary: We paid $30 more to check in 1 hour early. The heat was not working and maintenance could not get the temperature in our room above 64 degrees so they ended up putting 2 space heaters in our room. The carpet in the hallway was shabby and the rooms needed updating. The common areas downstairs were lovely. There was complimentary morning coffee in the lobby which was also nice. There is a gas station directly across the street which is convenient if returning a car to Westchester airport
