Positive: The photos represented the house well, except for the front exterior and neighborhood. It was very large, very nicely remodeled, and could accommodate more people than we had staying with us. The kids loved the bunk bed playroom with slide; the playroom and the backyard were significant selling features. The adults and young teens enjoyed the outdoor area. The weather was nice, and everyone enjoyed the big table outside, large enough for everyone, and playing some basketball and bag toss. Too bad it was the wrong weather for the pool itself. The kitchen was well stocked with some spices, kitchen tools, and even baggies and aluminum foil, which was nice. We had some small children, and since the pool wasn't fenced in, the double locking mechanism up high on the Arcadia door helped prevent kids from going out without supervision.
Negative: It wasn't charming when we pulled up; the yard was dead, and there was no landscaping to speak of, and I wasn't sure I was in the right place. The neighborhood was older, not a new subdivision. It was mainly the neighbor to the side of the house that was not appealing, who had about six vehicles parked in the yard, which seemed odd. They never moved, either, like a dead junkyard. We did see a card arrive that said landscaping was on its way. The house was very dark, with no overhead lighting. There was a lovely sizeable 10-chair dining table, but without proper lighting, it was too dark to eat there. We pulled a lamp from another room to have two, but it was still dark. The kitchen seemed small for the size of the house itself, but it had everything you needed and worked well. The price for the location and what was offered seemed high.
Summary: Lovely inside, kids loved playroom, fun outdoor space, lack of curb appeal, and not ideal neighbor.

Positive: The house was amazing, was a great fit for accommodating adults and children. Very clean and organized. Stayed for my daughterโ€™s 5th birthday and she absolutely loved the kids room and the backyard with the pool, backyard and games. And of course the adults enjoyed the hidden bar. The host was great with communication. Will recommend
